I Don't Know About You, But...

... I'm starting to feel like I'm stuck in a bit of a loop. Like that movie Groundhog Day where Bill Murray had to keep living that same day over and over. The snow days are adding up, and, being housebound thanks to 4 inches of snow with a half-inch layer of snow on top of it, the days are kind of running together. (Stop laughing, Yankees. I used to live in the mountains and can drive in snow just fine. A half-inch of ice is no joke!)

Anyway, gone are the days of snowmen and sleds, as AJ has become a middle-schooler. This is what a snow day looks like around here now:
It's entirely possible that the XBox controller has grown into his hand. Yeah, good luck scrapping that. If anybody happens across him on Planet Reach, tell him his mother said, "Hi."

Oh, well. At least that leaves me with some uninterupted craft time. :) My niece, Andie, cutest kid on the planet (and rather a big fan of snowmen and sleds) turns two at the end of the month

This is also for the challenges at:

Charisma Cardz Challenge - Make a birthday card
colourQ - Use Aqua, orange, green, and pink
Get Sketchy - Use this sketch:
One Stop Craft Challenge - Make a card for a child
{Cupcake Inspirations} - Bright colors: Aqua, orange, green, and pink
The Pink Elephant - Pink, orange, and aqua
Aud Sentiments - Two Words

The recipe:
Bazzill CS, small circle punch, Nesties circles and scalloped circles, the 2 is a Thicker, happy is cut using Cricut cartridge, 'Doodletype'; grossgrain ribbon from the stash, K&Co felt butterfly, Stampabilities stamp, Prima flower with Making Memories fuzzy brad in the center.

Thank you so much for stopping by today! Come again soon; until then, stay warm!
Oh - did you hear the news? Snow is in 49 of the 50 states today - yes, even on a couple of Hawaiian mountaintops. The slacker state? Florida. C'mon now, Gators! Put a little effort into your snow dances!

Have a wonderful day!
Elizabeth
